So at the moment I’m working on a new installation called ‘Make Flowers, Not Decisions’. It is representative of the stress felt by young adults in the UK as they try to take the next steps into education or employment, and of my own personal struggle with making choices about my future.
The kusudama flowers which comprise the frontispiece of the exhibition are made entirely from the pages of university prospectuses.
NB: Folding flowers is an ideal procrastination activity. Who needs A level grades when you’ve got origami? :)
